Ed Guay is a Managing Director in Investment Banking. Guay previously ran a successful advisory consulting practice in the energy MLP sector. Earlier in his career, Guay was with Goldman Sachs’ natural resources group in New York, where he was most recently a managing director. Guay covered midstream clients and led execution of financing and advisory assignments. Guay previously worked for Salomon Smith Barney’s global energy and power group where his primary focus included upstream, midstream, refining and oilfield services. Guay holds a BA in Mathematical Economic Analysis and Biochemistry from Rice University. |
