George McCormick serves as a Managing Director at TPH Partners, the private investments company.  McCormick was previously head of the mergers, acquisitions and divestitures group for the global oil and gas business at BHP Billiton Petroleum.  Prior to that, McCormick was the managing director of the corporate development group at the Enron estate where he had responsibility for several large portfolios of energy businesses.   McCormick’s previous experience also includes roles in both corporate and investment banking.  McCormick holds a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
