Francis S. Kalman

Frank Kalman, who has over 34 years of financial experience in a variety of industries and businesses, was most recently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of McDermott International from February 2002 to September 2007.  In his career, Mr. Kalman has been involved in industry consolidations, initial public offerings, arranging and negotiating complex financing packages in public and private markets (including debt restructurings), executing and financing leveraged buyouts, and conducting significant acquisition and disposition transactions.

Prior to joining McDermott International, Mr. Kalman was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Vector ESP, Inc., a technology solutions provider.  Additionally, he was Chief Financial Officer and a principal of Pinnacle Equity Partners, L.L.C., and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Chemical Logistics Corporation, a Houston based consolidation of chemical distribution companies.  He was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Keystone International, Ltd. until it was acquired in 1997, and also served as Senior Vice President And Chief Financial Officer of American Ref-Fuel Company and United Gas Pipe Line Company.  In his early career, he held senior financial positions at LaSalle Energy Corp. and Atlantic Richfield Company.  Mr. Kalman is a certified public accountant who commenced his career in public accounting with Price Waterhouse.
