Houston Visitor Parking Instructions:

Upon arrival:

• Take a ticket as you enter the parking garage
  
• Please bring the ticket with you
  
• Take the elevator in the Clay Street Garage to the basement (button labeled "B")
• Once on the basement level follow the tunnel to the wall with an "H" on it
  
• Once you pass the "H" follow the hallway to the left and there will be two elevators on your right
  
• Please take the elevator to Sky Lobby
  
• Once you are on Sky Lobby please transfer to the middle elevator bank which will take you to the 50th and 51st floors

Upon departure:

• Use the parking payment machine across from the elevators on the basement level in the Heritage Clay Street Garage.
  
• Enter the ticket received from the parking garage and then enter the parking vouchers given to the visitor by TPH.
  
• If the visitor was not given a voucher they can also pay via credit card using the parking payment machine.
